How is the apprenticeship period structured?

The three-year apprenticeship period is divided into different learning fields in order to optimize the academic and practical learning content. A reduction in the apprenticeship period is possible with good academic and practical performance. The apprenticeship takes the form of alternating assignments in company departments and the vocational school. It is also supported by in-house factory instruction.
