The BODE Code of Conduct forms the foundation of our compliance management system. The Code of Conduct specifies our values and defines clear behavioral requirements for the Management Board, managers, and every individual within the BODE organization.
Through this Code of Conduct, we want to emphasize that we consider the implementation of and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements to be the absolute minimum. We are also committed to acting ethically, with integrity, and sustainably at all times. We take our corporate responsibility seriously and always treat others with respect.
As part of the Supply Chain Act, we have drawn up a Code of Conduct for our suppliers in order to meet our standards in these business relationships as well.
